I;m going to try my luck to gather information to reduce excuses for not working to correct the performance issues that seem to be in NA East. If you come across a problematic match try to collect the Match ID (I recommend collecting it at the start of the game if you are experiencing this often) and fill out the rest of the form. I will pass the data along to the devs and see if we can at least get this corrected
